Having worked 47 years in the corporate world, and while living a full life with all its trials and tribulations I’ve learned from the real world, from the best and the worst. Now I'm giving that wisdom to you.

Through the years, I helped transform people’s lives; by connecting, listening, providing perspective, and by simply showing up and being present.

As a leader of teams working in Design, Product Development and Operations, I focused on the humans rather than the targets. And as a result, the targets were continuously met and exceeded.

As a strategist, I focused on the future, while the humans I lead focused on the present.

I have been the leading architect of practical and efficient business systems, workflows, new product introduction and development processes, part numbering systems for effective configuration management and engineering change management.

When faced with challenges, I sought the path to simplicity rather than complexity. Transparency rather than secrecy. Mentoring rather than telling. Listening rather than speaking.

My virtues are curiosity, patience and a natural ability to connect, and I’m here to make a difference.
